EThekwini Municipality has partnered with the Affordable Housing Institute (AHI), a USA based non-profit organisation, to host a Human Settlements Learning Exchange on 15, 16 and 17 April 2015.

The learning event will focus on three key themes viz. new funding models; innovative housing typologies; and socially-inclusive, people centred human settlements.

To catalyse our thinking, we are pleased to announce that an international thought leader Jeremy Gorelick, an Adjunct Professor of International Finance at the Johns Hopkins University, and member of the AHI will be sharing cutting edge insights around alternative funding models.

Delegates will be given a platform that will stimulate debate, critical dialogue and learning to improve sustainable human settlements practice in municipalities.
