City hosts first Talent Management Learning Exchange
Talent Management forms a pertinent component for local government as it builds organizational capability and contributes to achieving outcomes. Whilst there has been some great emphasis on the role of local government in service delivery, there has not been adequate emphasis placed on talent management. In view of some of these challenges and existing good practices on talent management, the eThekwini Municipality hosted a Learning Exchange from 12-14 June 2017 at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.

The aim of the Learning Exchange was to explore innovative approaches on leveraging organizational capability through Talent Management.

The peer-learning event featured interactive sessions which created a platform for sharing critical insights and lessons learnt over the years.
